Ordering from Fishing Films is easy
- Find the item you require in our Shopping section
- Click Add to Basket. Your product(s) will show in your basket
- Click Continue Shopping if you wish to purchase more items. Click Checkout if you wish to complete the purchase
- You can remove items from your basket (using the Update button) or alter the quantity required at any time
- Press Confirm to complete your order
- You will receive an email confirming your order

Payment
We accept American Express, Solo, Maestro/Switch, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Visa Delta and Visa. Transactions are made in UK Sterling (pounds and pence). Transactions are securely handled by Paypal and Nochex for your piece of mind.

Returned goods
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another DVD, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
Please note that www.fishingfilms.co.uk is in no way responsible for lost items or items damaged in the post and is not obligated to replace lost or damaged items caused by Royal Mail. Every DVD and associated packing leaves us in perfect condition. Any damage complaints caused by mishandling in transit should taken up with the Royal Mail.

Delivery Costs
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. In most cases delivery is free within the UK.

Cancellation
We accept cancellation of orders within seven days of the date of purchase. If the order has been despatched, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the product(s) to you. We will contact you if we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.
